The social media company on Wednesday formally launched Meta One in Australia, saying the new subscription service will give Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp power users more options and greater control over their content.
Headline features include access to the Meta Business Agent, an AI-powered tool allowing businesses to handle sale enquiries, collect buyer details, and answer FAQs within Whatsapp.
