Computer Programmer

Reviews, analyzes, develops, installs, and modifies computer operating systems. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with operating systems. Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems. Requires previous background in an IBM VSE mainframe environment and strong working knowledge of COBOL and CICS. Experience working with GEAC Millennium is a plus.

 

Header Operators

Install, set up, maintain, adjust and operate headers. Requires the ability to set up and operate one or more types of headers to produce all production parts; must be able to troubleshoot, identify and correct problems. Must be able to use precision measuring instruments and have a good understanding of the mechanics of metal forming.

 

Mold Maker

Requires the ability to fabricate and repair complex multi-cavity mold dies for our plastic injection-molding environment. Must also be able to expertly use all standard machine tools; CNC mills and wire EDM a plus. Applicants with basic mold maker skills will be considered.

 

CNC Machinist

Set up, adjust, and product parts; perform routine repairs on all CNC machines. May be required to meet certain certifications in the field and to have at least 3-5 years of experience setting up and running CNC-controlled machines. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

 

Mechanical Engineer

Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a strong background in manufacturing technology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, eager to design and develop electronic components.

 

ACME (set-up) Machinist

Select, mount, adjust, inspect, install, set up, assist in, and perform typical operations to ACME Turning Machines. Must be able to do minor repairs and sharpen own tools. Must be able to read and interpret engineering prints, use shop math and precision measuring instruments. Must be able to apply machine shop theory and practice.
